H2 compressors are used to increase the pressure of hydrogen from the stack outlet pressure (usually 40-60 bar) to >300 bar.

The H2 compressor V-4 is used to increase the pressure of hydrogen. On the high-pressure side, the resulting force is used to compress hydrogen, gradually from 40-60 bar to >300 bar. The compression rate is adjusted to be compatible with the production rate of ELY 17 and ELY 22.
