Hydrogen Refuel Units

H2 refueling stations consist of a high-pressure storage unit, in which hydrogen is stored at 300–700 bar, as well as a refueling nozzle.

They allow for the simple refueling of hydrogen vehicles within just a few minutes. The T series refers to cost-effective refueling stations that operate without an additional compression unit. The V series, on the other hand, includes an integrated H2 compressor, which shortens the refueling time and increases the achievable driving range per refueling process.

T-1

Die Wasserstoff-Tankstelle T-1 dient zur Speicherung von Wasserstoff, sowie der Betankung von Wasserstoff betriebenen Fahrzeugen.

Die T-1 besteht aus einer Blechkonstruktion, Armaturen zum Anschluss an das Flaschenbündel, sowie einem Befüllschlauch mit Tankstutzen. Die Blechkonstruktion sowie Tankarmatur werden an ein bestehendes Wasserstoff Gas-Flaschenbündel 12x50l montiert.

T-2

Die Wasserstoff-Tankstelle T-2 dient zur Speicherung von Wasserstoff, sowie der Betankung von Wasserstoff betriebenen Fahrzeugen.
Die Speicherung des Wasserstoffs erfolgt in einem 12x50l Gas-Flaschenbündel. An dieses wird über eine Verrohrung eine Tankbaugruppe angeschlossen, in welcher die Befüllarmatur vor Umwelteinflüssen geschützt aufbewahrt werden.

T11

The hydrogen filling station T11 is used for storing hydrogen and refueling hydrogen-powered vehicles.

The T11 consists of a stainless steel construction (A2), fittings and piping (A4) for connection to a gas cylinder bundle 12x50l, as well as a filling hose with tank nozzle.

T11-RM

Hydrogen filling station with permit according to §18 BetrSichV.

The hydrogen filling station T11-RM is used to store hydrogen and to refuel hydrogen-powered vehicles. An emergency disconnect coupling prevents hydrogen from escaping if the refueling hose is torn off.

The T11-RM consists of a stainless steel construction (A2), fittings and piping (A4) for connection to a gas cylinder bundle 12x50l, as well as a filling hose with tank nozzle.

T12
